"Who needs plot?" -- Zachary Steven Houp

Mr. Zachary Steven Houp graduated from Fleetwood High School in June of 2000. Mr. Houp graduated with a degree in Secondary English Education from University of Delaware in Newark (that is New-ark), He is the author as well as musical director, hinderance to the production staff and script supervisor (a job he takes very, very seriously) of The Fleetwood Youth Theatre Company. His interests are reading (pretty much anything; he doesn't discriminate by genre), writing (short stories, plays, and really, really bad poetry-not that the rest is all that great), films (again, pretty much anything; he doesn't discriminate by genre), film scores (Williams, Elfman, Zimmer), and video games (Nintendo, Long Live Rare!). Mr. Houp was a High Honor student throughout High School and has consistently maintained a place on the Dean's List at College. He is a 2002 Tri Valley YMCA Spirit Award Winner and a 2003 YMCA of Reading and Berks County Champion for Youth Award Winner. Mr. Houp is the author of "An Evening at the Lackluster Lemon", "The Best Death of My Life", and "The Vampire of the Vaudeville" published under the Spirit Publishing Company label. Please feel free to throw his name around to any friends you might have in the publishing industry.  Mr. Houp currently teaches 10th and 12th grade English for the Fleetwood Area High School.
